We came up with a new 3d Model of an exterior design. The entire things from modelling to rendering is done using Blender 2.81 with Blender Cycles render engine. The objects are UV unwrapped and applied PBR textures. Some of the textures are downloaded with cc0 license and some of the textures are manually created using Blender and photoshop.
The lighting is done using environment HDRI image, sun light, area light and two point lights. The lighting is also enhanced using ambient occulusion. The file size is little bit higher due to the texture files.
The Blender file is properly named and grouped perfectly. The file is ready to render. We have exported this 3d model in various standard formats like .dae, .obj, .fbx. We have added texture files and environment texture separately for download. The file size is little bit higher due to the texture files. All the passes are taken in .EXR format and composited within Blender compositor. The final output is in .PNG format.
